With over 25 years of experience in senior leadership and operational roles, I'm passionate about leading teams and strategic initiatives that drive business and customer success.  My industry experience spans across consumer goods and services including healthcare, retail, and financial services.  My daily focus these days is on leveraging design research, data-driven process improvement, and change management practices to create exceptional customer experiences.  I have a proven track record of collaborating with boards, leadership teams, and frontline associates to co-develop and implement winning strategies that deliver best-in-class results.

Beyond work, I'm an active member of the Springfield, Missouri community, volunteering my time and expertise to advocate for underserved populations and neurodiverse individuals.  When I'm not giving back, you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my adventurous family, trying new creative pursuits (currently photography and guitar) or unwinding at home with our beloved rescue pets.
